MEDICARE

Anyone in the parish needing help choosing a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan and/or an Advantage Plans, know that the St George Senior Center offers free assistance on Tuesday thru Friday from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. No appointment is necessary. 

Spanish assistance is available on Tuesdays.

Enrollment runs from Oct. 15^th thru Dec. 7th.

To enroll, bring Medicare Card, a list of all your prescriptions, with the strength and dosage of each, as prescribed by your Doctor.

Medicare assistance is provided in the Computer Lab.

SEGURO DE ENFERMEDAD

Si cualquier persona en la parroquia necesita ayuda con elegir un plan de los medicamentos de la prescripción de Seguro de enfermedad (Medicare Plan D) y Planes De Salud (Advantage Plans), el centro mayor (Senior Center) está ofreciendo ayuda gratitua del Martes a Viernes a partir de 9:00 AM  a  11:30 AM. Cita no es necesaria. Ayuda española disponible los Martes.  La fecha para inscrebirse es el 15 de Noviembre  al 7 de Diciembre. Para inscrebirse, traiga la tarjeta de Seguro de enfermedad (Medicare Card), el nombre de todas las prescripciónes, la fuerza y la dosis prescritas por su medico.
